I recently had the incredible opportunity to photograph a stunning home designed by the renowned architectural firm Balzer & Tuck Architecture and builder Fergie Time. Nestled in the heart of Travis Heights, this architectural masterpiece is a true testament to the harmonious blend of modern design and natural beauty. As I stepped onto the property, I was immediately captivated by the striking central swimming pool and outdoor living area. The pool, surrounded by sleek lines and lush greenery, served as the focal point of the exterior space. It was a haven of tranquility, inviting residents and guests to relax amidst the gentle sounds of cascading water, all while basking in the Texas sun.

One of the home's standout features was its rooftop deck, offering breathtaking panoramic views of downtown Austin, the perfect vantage point to watch the sunset. As I ascended the staircases to reach this elevated oasis, I was struck by the architectural brilliance of the design. The interior staircase itself was a masterpiece, surrounded entirely by glass panels that provided views of the pool. This design choice not only flooded the interior with natural light but also created a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The exterior staircase is beautifully integrated with the exterior millwork, providing a sense of anticipation on your ascent.
